Sita and Rama – these are the names of two heroes of the Indian Ramayana’s epic. Sita and Rama – those two loving beings, who create a single union. This exercise represents amorous play of Sita and Rama, their highest spiritual unity. Thus, every twisting and bending to the right indicate Rama, and to the left, Sita. Pose with the hands joined on the breast indicates their unity. Exercise is done in combination with the rhythm of breathing. 1. Stand straight, join your hands in front of your chest, and breathe out. 2. Put your right hand on your waist, bend to the right, and stretch your left hand over your head, parallel to the ground; breath in. 3.
