| Warm-up excercises: The movement of the planets |

This exercise expresses our Solar system. Each posture corresponds to its planet. When doing these postures visualise yourself in the center of the Solar system, more precisely, visualize yourself as the Sun. Do the first part of this exercise by inhaling as much as possible and the second part by exhaling as much as possible (respiration of Kevali). If you can not do this at the beginning, breath as it feels comfortable for you. Gradually your lungs become acustomed and you will enter into the rhythm of Kevali. Stand, legs maximally separated, breathe out. Start this excercise, begin with inhalation. 1. Saturn. 2. Jupiter 3. Mars 4. Venus 5.
