| MORNING PRACTICES: Washing the face |

Try and wash your face with cool water in the following manner: put your hands to the wrists under water, feeling its coolness, and perform the movement ‘one hand washes the other’ (3 times). Take then some water in your palms and with it moisten your forehead (3 times) and the ears starting first with the left and, then, to the right ear. Splash your face with some water (3 times) and, last, wet the whole of your face.
