MORNING PRACTICES: Mantra singing E-mail

This mantra has a sound, therefore, do not whisper or sing it in a low voice as it would not give any result.  To avoid stressing your throat, air must go through it freely, the lips are slightly joined, the teeth are not clenched, even when you chant the sound ‘M’, and there must be a vibration or tickling between your lips.

Sit down so that your back is facing the north and mentally greet the Teacher Guru Sotidandana Alid Faski Natva, hold the praying gesture and bow down between 3 to 5 times singing the mantra "AUM".

The following sound, to be correctly uttered, should be chanted in a sequence without interruption between its syllables: “Aaa ….ooo…..uuu….mmm”. Sing the first sounds so that you have enough air left to chant the last ‘M’ for a longer stretch of time.

Whilst singing tune in with the Divine Power and the Teacher. After each singing inhale deeply and exhale through your nose or mouth, depending on what is most comfortable to you.
