1. Pose of a diligent Horse. Stand straight, separate your feet as much as you can, incline your upper part of the body forward, lean on your hands. Hold your back straight; fingers are directed to each other. Breathing is calm and homogenous. Imagine an excellent horse that grazes on meadow in purple rays of the descending Sun. Experience such qualities as endurance and diligence, which are awakening in you. 2. Pose of a fascinating Goat. Without changing the position of feet, move your upper part of the body to the front, bend from spine. Throw your head to the back. Breathing is calm; pauses on inhalations. Feet are parallel to the floor. Imagine this picture: on the mountain slopes and perpendicular peaks jumps an excellent goat with elegant legs, small horns and moist sharp vision eyes. Feel such qualities as elegance, artfulness, refinement, grace. 3. Pose of a resourceful Monkey. Lay to your back. Sweetly stretch your whole body, lifting your hands over the head; inhale and with expiration get up. Sit with elongated legs and raised arms. Twist with your spine to one and then to the other side, trying to hold it perpendicularly to the ground. Thoroughly feel each movement. Imagine an enormous chimpanzee, jumping from branch to branch. It has strong adroit extremities, expressive mimicry and rigid black fur. With your inner hearing try to hear the cry of a monkey. Feel in yourself such qualities as humor, sociability, capability to solve any situation. Enter this with your whole being. Merge into these experiences. Incline over your feet, grasp your feet by hands and stretch your spine. Then straighten and sit. 4. Pose of a quarrelsome Rooster. Sit on the floor, unite your soles; push your knees as much as possible apart. Grasp your feet with your hands and with your head touch the feet. Hold your breath on expirations. With your inner vision imagine a motley rooster with proudly raised head that is importantly walking on fresh green grass. Feel in yourself such qualities as determination, courage and dreaminess. 5. Pose of a devoted Dog. Set your hands as far as possible behind your back, bend your legs and place your soles against the floor. Raise your body so, that it would be parallel to the ground; hold your balance by feet and hands. With your inner vision imagine a noble dog with clever eyes and downy soft fur. Hear its barking. Experience in yourself such quality as faithfulness, devotion, self-sacrifice, sincerity. Then get back to the floor. Sit on your heels and relax. Feel beneficial state in the region of your head and neck. Experience the change in your consciousness. 6. Pose of a careful Boar. Place your palms against the floor. Straighten your legs. Hold the balance with your palms and feet so, that your body and legs would form a sharp angle. With your inner vision imagine a boar with prickly bristles, powerful body, small eyes, hooked tail and strong feet.
