Astral Karate ritual: The Dance of the Ten Beasts E-mail

To master a special energy, a person learns to incarnate into animals, gods, and heroes. Coming into a strong image displaces the Point of Assembling and activates a new line of emanation, which gives new energy and abilities. One should come into an image totally, in such a way as to get rid of shame, discomfort, and the like. If you can keep up this practice over a long period of time, you will experience qualitative changes and start to resemble that which you try to imitate, for instance, the image of a prosperous businessman. In this way you can make a million dollars very quickly. 120 This method has been proven. One man who entered the role of a rich businessman was nothing of the kind at the outset and ended up manifesting this in real life. But you must enter a role absolutely, not just formally or outwardly—otherwise you will be acting like those unfortunate businessmen who boast of diplomas and rent sumptuous offices, then go bankrupt shortly afterwards because they only imitated the form. The person must first of all change his way of thinking and feeling, and his emotions—his whole attitude to life, working all the time with Manipura. Incarnation is also a powerful means of escaping the evil eye when it has been aimed at a specific person. If they can enter another state or role, other than their own, then the blow will pass them by and return to the sender. This is the key to many magic practices like transfiguration, which is achieved by assuming the image of another being right down to the level of the physical body. The first step to developing this ability is sans-theatre, described in “Spiritual Aikido.” Meditation practices of incarnation into minerals, divinities, plants and so on which are given in the rituals of “Tantric Raja-Yoga” are also important.

Here we give you an ancient magic practice called “The Dance of the Ten Beasts,” which is connected to incarnation and working with the elements. Each animal image connects you to a strong animal energy, to a style of single combat and the elements that will help you to master the energy of your body completely.

AUM!

1. Horse

Set your feet parallel to each other at the distance of three feet, the toes turned inwards. Bend your legs at the knees so that the thighs are parallel to the floor, and make a triangle of 90 degrees. The fists should be clenched and pressed in at the waist. The head must be aligned with a straight backbone. Look ahead. Balance the weight of the body on your legs (the element of the earth).

2. Snake in the rushes

From this position slowly,  bring the left leg out in front without getting up, and then move it over to the right, so that it rests on the knee of the right leg. The body weight is shifted on to the left leg which is pressing down on the tip of the toes. The left elbow is resting on the left knee so that the right forearm is parallel to the floor, the left forearm—perpendicular to the right. Your left hand takes on the image of the head of the snake. Your look is directed straight ahead. Make a hissing sound like a snake (the element of water).

3. Crane in the sky

The body weight is on the right leg which is straight. The left foot is put against the inner side of the right knee with the left knee is turned out to the side. Then stretch out your hands to the sides parallel to the floor. The palms are perpendicular to the shoulders extended to the maximum. The head faces towards the left (the element of wood).

4. Leopard in ambush

Sit on your left leg, spread out the other leg to the right, straightened at the knee. Your feet should be parallel to one  another. Your left elbow is drawn backwards, the palm turned up. Your right hand is slightly bent at the elbow and stretched out ahead, palm facing down. Your hands look like the paws of a leopard: with the nails bent into the balls of the palm. The thumb is pushed tightly into the sides of the hand. Your head is turned to the right (the element of fire).

5. Mantis on a branch

Set your legs apart to the width of shoulders, and turn the body slightly to the left by 45 degrees, then put the left leg out in front with only the toe lightly touching the ground, your body weight is on the right leg slightly bent at the knee. The arms are bent at the elbows, with the hands perched out in front of the chest, crossing over at the wrists. The ring finger and the little finger are pressed into your palm. The fore and middle fingers are straightened out. The thumb should be pressed to the middle phalanges of your fore and middle fingers. The head is slightly turned to the left (the element of air).

6. Tiger shows its claws

The body is turned to the right at 45 degrees, with its weight resting on your left leg, the right leg is drawn out in front. Your hands are bent at the elbows and look like the paws of the tiger (the fingers are spread wide and slightly bent, the muscles tensed as much as possible, set forwards). The head is turned to the right. Imagine roaring like a tiger (the element of air).

7. Deer bares its antlers

The weight of your body should be on the right leg slightly bent, the trunk of the body is leaning to the right slightly. The left leg is straight. The hand are stretching over the head in fists (the element of fire).

8. Laughing monkey

Stand on your left leg putting your body weight on it, hook your right foot around the back of your left shank. Cross the right hand over the left in front of the stomach. The hands hang freely, slightly bent at the wrists, the head is turned to the left. Coming into this image, begin to laugh (the element of wood).

9. Dragon in the clouds

Straighten up, then slowly swivel the body to the left by 180 degrees, on the heel of the left foot, and the toes of the right foot. Then put the left leg flat on the floor, putting the weight of the body on it, and touch the floor with the toes of the right leg. Hands are drawn—the left arm reaching furthest to the left, the right arm reaching across the body in front of the chest; they are slightly bent at the elbows (the element of air).

10. Dancing bear

Set the feet apart further than the shoulders. The arms are bent at the elbows and relaxed. The hands hanging from the wrists as if perched on a branch. The body weight is spread over both legs (the element of earth). All these exercises should then be repeated from the opposite side. It is recommended that this ritual be done while listening to the magical music “Shamanic Transformation,” available at our seminars.
