Be in it, dance, sing and cheer up!

After this, move on to making contact with wisdom: tune in to the Teachers, hold hands and close your eyes. Your breathing slowly will begin to calm down and join the rhythm of the breathing of the Universe. Sing the Mantra of the School and feel that through an invisible thread Divine energy pours into your inner and outer space filling you up.

Imagine that you are next to the Teachers on a beautiful lawn at the foot of a mountain. The wind quietly caresses your hair and the pleasant fragrance of the mountain air embraces your consciousness. Somewhere, in the distance, the noise of waterfalls delivers enormous strength and power to the world. Above your head, beams of sunlight brighten a clean, blue sky You feel well, you feel quite. The energy of harmony and bliss increasingly fills your whole essence faster and faster.

Start to mentally personify the plan that you made, to make your idea come true: someone may wish for healing, someone for renewed confidence, force and beauty, someone for meeting the partner of their life and, someone else, for harmony in business.
