Roll was slowly making his way along narrow mountain paths to the Altai Ashram together with Aivar, the guide. He recollected how, many years earlier, he had found out about this Divine mansion and had fearlessly made up his mind to go there. Then he had gone everywhere around the mountain of Belucha on a Hummer jeep, in spite of the fact that its paths were too narrow even for a horse.

Aivar” asked Roll: “Why I can not see the Ashram even from the helicopter.”

“Because the Ashram stands below the pines, and there are also a lot of pine branches on the roof.” he said. It was thus so that Roll understood why all his attempts to come to ‘God's Paradise’ had been in vain.

These paths reminded him of when he had tried to get to a place of Power on the way to the divine ravine of the Adjna River together with the keeper of the place Agni, an old man. This place was situated in the Caucasus, not far from the cave where Altai Chi had become enlightened.

After walking along a narrow ravine through which run a mountain river, they had come to a lake, into which fell a wide sparkling stream of water. There was no other way forward, but that of climbing next to the waterfall. Agni, the old man, in spite of his age, had behaved as a young boy and had climbed up with the agility of a mountain goat. His constant walking among ridges made him strong and quick. Roll, on his part, had been crawling after him under splashes of water. Upon reaching their destination at the very top, Roll had felt revived and in a totally new state, never experienced before. He had felt that he was floating in thin air and that the ravine was changing its color into those of a rainbow, that the ravine was no longer a ravine, but the labyrinth of his night dreams, through which he is trying to reach an unreachable mystic place.

A bit later, when Roll regained consciousness after this experience, they had walked further on along this amazing ravine. Soon they had found themselves on the bank of a fairy tale lake, into which fell a thick jet of water. They had crossed the water and entered a crevice, after which they had found another lake, even more beautiful, where the ancient Spirit lived. They prayed and asked the Spirit to let them come to the divine place. They crossed the water and soon found a third lake, not very big. Passing to the opposite side of the lake Roll felt that he had walked into a wonderful kingdom. Everything within him underwent a deep transformation.

These are the three great lakes of cleansing, their waters can change a person’s aura and make him Divine” Agni had explained.

Indeed Roll had felt like a God, the creator of Heaven and Earth; he had felt that he had risen to a higher and more sophisticated level of being. Finally, he had looked in the direction of the majestic panorama of the holy waterfall: there was no way to go further and, at the end of it, was situated the most sacred of all: the gate to the world of the Great Spirits.

Sitting next to the lake and the waterfalls made one become still and absorbed in deep meditation and silence.

The noise of the water dropping from great heights began to carry Roll's consciousness away into the mysterious world of Dolmen. He saw the Earth as it was million years back, when giants and dwarfs lived there as well as people of ordinary size, the same people who live on it nowadays. At that time, the giants built huge houses for the dwarfs, who were little creatures with great magic powers, which made it possible for them  to subjugate the giants, strong in their bodies, but weak in spirit.

"Why are there neither giants nor dwarfs on Earth now?"  Roll thought. All of a sudden Roll saw a green man, an alien: "We are the ones who set people on Earth, the ones who made this and that in our genetic laboratories and left only those suited for the purpose of the Solar system”

"What purpose?" thought Roll. Suddenly Roll found himself sitting by the waterfall. The eyes of the alien, as great as those of a dragonfly, were looking at him:

The Spirits unfold the mystery of the Universe” explained Agni to Roll “The rest you'll find out later”

The time to return home had come. Full of a wonderful energy they had walked towards the first waterfall along the magic path of the ravine. Then the time came to dive into the lake behind the waterfall. Fearlessly looking at the waterfall from above, Roll jumped into the water. Deep in the water he felt as if he had immersed himself in a timeless abyss, as if time had stopped. He could not say how long he had stayed in this state when, all of a sudden, a kaleidoscope of images coming from his past lives paraded in front of him. He perceived that he was a soul in the bosom of the divine ocean of consciousness……and then everything was interrupted and Roll emerged on the surface.

Agni had been waiting for him on the bank.

Be silent” he uttered, do not to lose what you just got.

Roll shocked with what he had just experienced, had followed Agni along the secret paths that reveal the truth to those who are ready.

Roll approached the sacred place through a narrow path. Below him, the noisy mountain stream rolled down above large stones, majestic white cliffs shined in the distance.

Suddenly the stone steps leading to the sacred cave appeared. Roll climbed the stairs in awe and went through the mysterious arcade. Inside it was cold and dark, as always is in caves, where both in summer and winter the temperature averages 9٥C, the air is incredibly pure and the number of microbes a thousand times less than everywhere else. For this reason caves are considered the purest places in the world: they are the real churches for communicating with Gods.

Roll silently entered it and sat in the same place where the Teacher used to meditate many years earlier. At that moment he felt a huge flow of energy, grace and wisdom descend on him: He stood in the same cosmic channel of enlightenment gathered by Altai Chi through his great meditation. Having come into this flow, Roll felt as if he himself had become the flow: the great Divine Power that could be felt everywhere in the cave - and created by the Nature and the Master's meditation - had began to transform his being.

Roll understood that pilgrimage to sacred places was a fast and effective method to walk along one’s path, a method pursued by many thousands faithful devotees before him.

No one can truly undergo a deep change without getting rid of one’s dull and grey daily routine, as his surroundings, habits and way of living would keep him in tight chains and would not allow him to think differently, to act differently.  Roll would have wanted to stay here forever, just as Altai Chi had done many years earlier. Roll felt that this was his real home, one he had come to at long last after a complicated life, full of deprivations, troubles and worries. He now understood that he had finally found what for such a long time he had been looking for.

Hours and days passed, but Roll kept on sitting in the cave lost in deep meditation.
