The most important thing, in order to live well, is that one must wish it very, very, very much! The greatest difficulty of all, however, is to know how to wish very, very, very much. If each one of you knew how to wish very, very, very much, then you would be wise, and you would live very well. This is what we need to learn, and by being more often in our Academy, you will learn it. Guru Alid Pfaski Natva The physical body must be brought to a good and, healthy state, because if it is not healthy , the soul will not be able to become healthy [...] A sick body is not capable to feel high experiences.
Guru Altai Chi ***** …We were sitting in a circle around the fire and listened to the wise man: He spoke about healthy life style. He taught us with love and patience: “In the cities, where there are factories and cars’ exhaust gas people ought to eat meat twice a week, much better if boiled. The proteins contained in it are very necessary for human beings. Those, however, who live in a place, where there are no factories and cars, can eat only vegetarian food. It is good to use an unlimitedly amount of dairy products, especially liquid yoghurt. Yet, everything must be eaten in moderation. Eat all that God sends you, do not select, do not distinghuish between abigger or smaller piece, as in the smaller piece there might be more vitamins, than in the big on, and, that, in addition, the big one poisons you. God gives something, and you want to choose something else. Someone ate and poisoned himself because didn’t eat that piece, which God gave him... When the stomach works too much, the brain becomes sluggish, since it does not have something to think about. It is, therefore, useful that people are just a little bit hungry. There is a saying: "Have your feet in the heat, your head in the cold and your stomach hungry". When the stomach is hungry, peope begin to think more. The most important thing of all is that people should be clever. If people were educated correctly right from childhood, they would be healthy, not sick, they would know what to eat, how to eat, at what time to eat, and they would feel fine but, nowadays, in our world many people suffer from diabetes, allergies ect. This happens, because of the large variety of foodstuffs available. People should eat what grows in their region. For instance, bananas, which in the Northern countries are imported goods, are totally and absolutely unhealthy. We have berries that, unfortunately we don’t eat in spite of the fact that they have a higher nutritional value and are healthier than bananas for us . Talking and chewing a gum is not nice! Only cows chew constantly; people are not meant to chew all the time. Chewing-gums were invented so that, if necessary, people could chew one after eating - only then, and either when nobody sees them or when everybody else chews as well - for a maximum of five minutes in order to clean their teeth. It is bad that people chew them for longer as, when the body is busy with chewing a chewing-gum it produces gastric juices. When they do this, people end up not having enough gastric juice for food’s digestion. This could lead to gastritis and colitis, and then people will need to come to me for healing! If people were properly educated, they would not need to come to me for healing but, nowadays nobody educates no one. Let’s say a few words about breathing. With a complete respiration the entire organism undergoes a thorough exchange of oxygen. When the body feels hard-up, tired, anorexic or people suffer from an unpleasant mood, the best thing to do is to do a full respiration: in this way the blood circulates perfecly , and inner states change. People need to know how to live properly, how not to be selfish, because this is the worse thing of all. People become ill because of selfishness, and when they want everything for themselves they can even die of envy. Although in this case doctors cannot make a diagnosis, it is a fact that envy very strong envy destroys the organism. It’s necessary to educate pupil how not to be envious. ...Since we are on the spiritual path and we walk on it, it is necessary to think about God more frequently, because He is the One who sends subtle energies and high states to human beings. Yet, as soon as a negative state appears, this closes the connection with God. ‘Hell’ is not in the underworld, but in this life. Spirituality means that someone becomes clever. How can anyone achieve success when he is foolish? This is impossible! It is, thus, necessary to first grow into a smart person, undertake the spiritual path, and only then it is possible to achieve social success”. ...Our hearts trembled with happiness: this wise knowledge was unfolding a path towardsa new way of living for each one of us... “If you eat much and move little, you become ill: high feelings and sublte spiritual energy cannot penetrate you. It is necessary to do lots of physical exercises so that physical energy is used up naturally in the running of the body’s physiological activities. Only then you can be healthy. A sick body is not capable of perceiving sublime experiences, and without sublime experiences you lose the meaning of life and your mood becomes bleak. You should go running in the forest, dance, make all the practice of Guru Pfaski so that thin hydrogen can penetrate in you and allow you to connect with many new exalted thoughts and emotions and l feel a great state of happiness, fullness... It is nessesary to do two kinds of practices: 1) Cultivation of sublime thoughts and states, listen to Ashram Gitato thinkof how to help people, and meditate on the Teachers. 2) Eliminate everythin that interferes with your ability to connect with exalted thoughts and positive states. There is no sense in suffering and worrying. As God wants that you are happy, your task is that of finding your happiness, to feel what your sould needs and be enagged with it. There is no reason to give yourself up to meager thoughts and negative emotion: they simply make your life hell. It is necessary to live easily, freely and joyfully and to remember that life is the game of God which trains you. Don’t turn t into a tragedy, but look upon it with humour! . ...The wise man tossed some fir branches into the fire, and these flared up as bright drops and shed light on all of us, who were attentively concentrating both on not missing even one word and on paying attention to the wise men’s emotions.. This was an unforgettable meeting....
SHAOSHA In order to understand the meaning of Shaosha it is not enough to simply follow its recommendations for proper living, but also to feel what is good and what is bad in our situation. In this sense, whereas cleansing is of paramount importance, in order to gain the necessary experience, it is also equally important to experiment with ourselves. Knowing a good dietetic program does not, automatically, imply that we know what to eat. Whereas wild animals know when, how much and what to eat, and can easily find the healing herbs they need, human beings, on the other hand, in order to know how to eat and live need to redevelop this instinct. Besides, as each individual situation is as unique as each human being, the available recommendations, which cover only general situations, are not necessarily applicable to all of us. The true Shaosha method involves a cleaning period of a month, during which only a minimum amount of food, consisting of germinated cereals and plain water, is consumed. This should not make people exhaust themselves, and therefore, when feelings of malaise like weakness or dizziness occur, it is advisable to increase the daily dosage of porridge. Following this month of dietary restrictions, other varieties of food should be slowly introduced in the diet. At this time, try to listen carefully to what your body says: what is beneficial for you? What is bad for you? How much food do you need to eat? As to quantities, you can eat as much as you want, avoid however to poison yourself by eating too much. When your sense of taste is not easily pleased and your stomach keeps on demanding more food, try to eat something salty or spicy and, in this way, all the reflectors will receive the necessary charge. When, after eating some meat, an excess of bile secretion gives you a feeling of hunger, drink a few glasses of water: in this way the bile will be washed out and you will feel better. If you suffer from a stomach disease or bad digestion, eat twice a day. If you find it hard to be moderate, try and eat smaller quantities more often. By the way, in periods of intense meditation, in order to prevent to be distracted by feelings of hunger, you should eat some light and easily digestible food every three hours. The ‘once a week fasting’ is done at first by not eating anything for 24 hours. Before starting it, eat something in the morning and, then, do not eat anything at all ‘till the next day’s breakfast. Having done this, a week later, you can fast for 36 hours. Once a week you should also have a party. However, in between fasting and partying, you should allow for an interval of at least two days, during which you should do group practices. Try to always act from a state of full awareness and to make sure that everything serves the purpose of striving for the Highest. If you have no spiritual friends, write us a letter and we will try to help you. It is very good to fast three days a month, every month. Make sure that you eat less with the waning moon and more with the waxing moon. The full moon is Yin and, in this period, it is advisable to eat more Yang food. Once a year you should also fast under the guidance of a ‘pratjachara’. And now a few words about water. Do not drink too much water, as water is Yin and it has a weakening power, especially when the weather is hot. It is good, however, to drink some water before a practice. Before drinking always pour the water from one glass to another seven times. Last, but not least, be careful not to eat too much sugar or sweet food, and to prefer mainly Yang foods, especially when you feel weak or have low blood pressure, as well as when you are oversensitive or have diarrhoea. Everything in nature pertains to either Yin or Yang: the whole universe is based on the cooperation of these two powers, energies and principles. Yang pertains to anything hot, centripetal and active. Yang represents the male principle of the universe. Yin pertains to anything cold, passive centripetal. Yin represents the female principle of the universe. Yin and Yang are two opposite and complementary forces, which through opposition as well as dialectic striving for union create all differentiations and varieties in the world. Yin is manifested in inwards power, whereas Yang in outward power. Whereas summer pertains to Yang and winter to Yin, spring and autumn mark the transition from Yin to Yang and vice versa. Yin and Yang do not manifest only in the outer world, but also in the inner world of human beings, whom these two forces generate. When these two forces are harmonious, a human being as a whole is, also, in harmony. This is the condition normally called ‘health’. Human beings interchange Yin and Yang energies with the Universe, not only through eating, but also through breathing. All human beings have channels through which energy flows. It follows that a stagnation of energy (Yin), from emotional distress, for instance, or an extreme energetic tension (Yang) may cause sick manifestations, which are propagated throughout and affect the internal organs, causing, also, digestive emotional problems. When Yin and Yang are rebalanced, all illnesses disappear and, therefore, it is not necessary to take medications. By keeping these two energies in balance after being cured you will be able stay healthy. Remember, however, that in nature, energy levels are not constant, but variable: sometimes higher, sometimes lower. Proper eating habits can contribute to restoring the balance between Yin and Yang and, for this reason they are useful both in the prevention and in the treatment of an illness. Tibetan Yang-Diet “Sunrise" This is interesting: "The scientists from the European association of medicine report that The tibetan diet ‘Sunrise’ proves to have extraordinary healing properties. The combination of products used in it, is very powerful and allows for safe weight loss without hunger and, also, harmonises emotional and mental levels realtively fast. This diet is specifically designed for people who have never been able to stay on a diet, i.e. compulsive eaters, it provides energy, burns fat, cleans the whole human systems and especially the immune system, which needs special attention due to its high level of wreckage in modern people. Professor Miyashita (Japan) discovered that the Tibetan Yang-Diet ‘Sunrise’ stimulates a protein that, in turns, converts fat into energy, by metabolizing it and giving support to the inner energetical level. The Tibetan Yang-Diet’Sunrise’ promotes overall health while reducing the risk of developing nutrition-related diseases like cancer, heart conditions as well as digestiv etroubles. The Tibetan Yang-Diet ‘Sunrise’ does not pose a threat to health and can be done by any age groups without risk Nothing similar exists in the whole world. It really works!

Victor, Estonia My experience of the Tibetan Yang-Diet For 25 years I suffered from a bad psoriasis, which the doctors could not help: from time to time I would be covered with bloody scabs, itched as mad, and ended up in tears from this illness: it was real hell! I also couldn’t marry: how could any man love someone as ugly as I was? Once, my mum gave me an invitation to go to the ‘school of goddesses’. It sounded ridiculous! Who was this goddess supposed to be, me??.. Yet I went and, after meeting the people from the Academy, my life changed completely: it found a meaning and I, also, understand how I could manage to make my body healthy and my soul shine with happiness as a radiant sunrise... Following the advice of the wise man I received three courses of treatment with the Tibetan Healing method and immediately felt much better: my psoriasis calmed down, the skin all over my body relaxed and become fresh and pink. It was amazing! Afterwards I received from Altai special letter with worm recommendation to use without delay Tibetan Yang-Diet “Sunrise” to get rid my disease; and I started it to restore all my systems. When I decided to make this therapeutic diet, I realised that I was ready to take full responsibility for my decision. As I had done many diets - enough to have a great experience of them – I knew that they involve a fighting process and also the need to go through various physical, emotional and, intellectual sequences. Most people who start a diet are more or less prepared for a small or big war with each one of its separated battlefields: the weighting scales, the headaches, nausea, weakness, nervousness and the sense of prohibition, all natural and expected consequences of any diet. With this past- experience in mind, the ten days only one rice appeared very difficult to follow through. Ten days eating only plain rinsed rice?.. I decided to include this diet in a wider frame of internal processes, to see it as an internal challenge. After 4-5 days on the Yang-Tibetan Diet I began to feel an increase in my vitality and energetic inner progress. Little by little I realised that I felt that an initial stage of emotional balance and calm had been followed by intellectual lucidity. My energy and my activity were incredible: the fantastic condition of my health and my incredibly cheerful and optimistic disposition, while feeding only on rice, not only surprised me but also people around me. I consider that I will, increasingly support this process as I recognize that it is affecting me at a very deep level and that it is demolishing certain very powerful inner obstacles, which are absolutely personal for every one by helping me to do the work needed with least effort. Finally my 30 days ended. I felt really good: my skin looked younger, renewed and my, eyes shined with happiness and the depression that had been tormenting me for many years disappeared! I was surprise at my self! Marga, Italy
